Jatbas' Terms and Conditions — Clear & Straightforward

Jatbas is an online gaming platform operating under a license issued by an international gaming authority. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jatbas and all of its users.

Jatbas supports mobile banking and e-wallets for deposits. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 500।
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Jatbas only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account are not permitted.
• Jatbas does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Jatbas always endeavors to process winnings as quickly as possible. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — whether mobile banking or e-wallet.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: BDT 500।
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: Mobile Banking — 30 minutes, Bank Transfer — 1-3 business days.

Jatbas regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

• One bonus per: Each promotion is available once per person.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in any game, Jatbas reserves the right to void that round.
• If a game is interrupted due to a software or hardware issue, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
• Jatbas reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or upgrades.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jatbas:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other players.
• Creating an account or claiming a bonus using false information.

Jatbas reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Upon requesting self-exclusion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded, subject to valid withdrawal conditions being met.
